Return Policy

You will have 3 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item.

The customer needs to return the items via a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned products.

All returns should be sent to our address.

Return policy is valid in 2 situations/circumstances

In case you receive the wrong product.

In case the product delivered to you has a defect or issue.

Our team will provide the address of our office where you have to return.

Pack items as it is as received.

If validated and the Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
